Naradana stands for a new understanding of corporate management and corporate culture.
Our aim is to combine first class service with developing outstanding software solutions. We want our customers to take advantage of most actual methods of software developent and enjoy the benefits of extremly increased efficiency.
We define ourself as network company. We measure the "size" of our company with the quality of our relations within this network. We are "Mittelstand" fans and actively avoid building extended organizational structures. Still, we are looking to act as strong as usually only big players can be, by effectively using our knowledge and our advanced technology. Human values and high standards in emotional rewarding collaboration are key factors of our corporate culture.
For us, globalization means to connect to people all over the world by using modern communication technologies, and exchange with respect to values, culture and society of the others, and to achieve benefit for eachother.
Service means to give - give our passion, our commitment, our joy when working creatively together, listen to eachother, think ahead and simply to be part of it. The origin of the word "Naradana" is from Sanskrit - the old Indian language which is base of all Indo-European languages, and so of English, too.
Last but not least, Naradana represents the four undertakings having each different goals but still are founded (or will be founded) in the same spirit. Working in different areas allows to learn from experiences and create synergies, which are benefitial for all our activities.
